Vendor Terms & Conditions

Vendors: Any business, service provider, or individual applying to list on the platform (“you,” “your”). By completing the vendor onboarding form and joining our platform, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Use of Vendor Data & Public Information

    By signing up, you grant us permission to use the information you provide, as well as publicly available information (e.g., from your website, Instagram, or other social media) to create or enhance your profile.

    You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote it on our platform and marketing materials.

    You may request edits or removal of your information at any time. We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violates applicable laws.

  2. Fees & Payments

    Joining during the early access phase is free.

    Any future commissions, subscription fees, or premium features will be communicated clearly before implementation. Vendors will have the option to opt-in.

  3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

    All rights in the platform’s software, design, and brand remain with FableKnot.

    You shall not copy, reuse, or create competing products using the platform’s data, structure, or content.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    The platform is a listing and discovery service. We do not guarantee leads, bookings, or revenue.

    We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with clients.

  5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

  6. Amendments

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
